Genera Energy’s management team represents the fields of finance, engineering, agriculture, economics, government and communications. The team works together to develop, manage, and communicate the company’s capital, biomass, biofuel and solar endeavors.
Dr. Kelly Tiller was instrumental in the creation of Genera Energy in 2007 as a subsidiary of the University of
Tennessee Research Foundation. Genera was founded primarily as a vehicle to develop strategic partnerships and execute the capital construction projects of the University of Tennessee's $70.5 million Biofuels Initiative,
- Paula Flowers, Vice President
- Flowers manages the construction and operation of Tennessee’s Solar Farm demonstration, a centerpiece of Governor Bredesen’s $62 million Tennessee Solar Initiative.
Barry Davis, Chief Financial Officer
Davis is a certified public accountant who supervises the financial aspects of Genera.
Louis Buck, Commercialization Manager
As Commercialization Manager of the Tennessee Biomass Supply Cooperative, Buck provides co-op leadership and focuses on opportunities to expand production and commercialize the industry.
Jennifer Burke, Marketing and Communications Director
Burke is responsible for developing and implementing public relations, advertising, marketing and communications plans.
Damon Drinnon, Feedstock Operations Assistant
Drinnon supports the promotion and growth of Genera's feedstock program.
